Each box of flowers is treated with our rose oil formula so that the authentic roses within it can be preserved at their peak bloom. MOHLIA was founded by Simran Mohinani, an entrepreneur and author, originally from Hong Kong. Born and raised in Asia, she had a dream of bringing these flowers to her home country and the rest of the world in a creative and fruitful way. No. Customers should not take the roses out of the box. They are meant to stay intact for the entire lifespan of the arrangement. During the creation of the arrangement, the roses are assembled by hand, piece by piece by our team of skilled florists. Removing the roses will damage and ruin the arrangement.

At MOHLIA, the way we ship your Infinity Roses depends on the size of the arrangement and where your roses are delivered to. All domestic shipping in Hong Kong will be free, however we also offer worldwide shipping which may take additional processing time for order or identity verification. If there are any complications with your order of Infinity Roses, then our team will send you a notification to alert you of the delay. 

Unfortunately, our arrangements of Infinity Roses from MOHLIA are not eligible for returns. Due to the nature and fragility of our flowers we are unable to cancel orders.
